GRAD:

Classes with a W notations are not covered under tuition waivers. The student on a tuition waiver will become responsible for tuition. If the student drops below full time they will lose eligibility forÌýTA/RA appointment and some fellowships.

Other aid, like grants and loans, will not be immediately impacted. The Office of Financial Aid will conduct a verification of attendance with the class instructor for classes with W notations at the end of the semester.

Work study requires half-time enrollment. Students are not eligible to work if enrolled less-than-half-time.

If enrolled half-time, students can use Work Study, but the cost of attendance will be reduced to reflect half-time enrollment, which could impact total aid eligibility and work-study award.

Students are not eligible to continue using work-study if not enrolled at least half-time.

Those taking six (6) or more undergraduate credit hours or one (1) or more graduate credit hours are required to complete the health insurance requirement process. Once a student is registered for their semester credits, the student will begin receiving email communications from Academic Health Plans.

Immigration status may be affected and difficulty registering for required number of in-person credits possible.

Deadline for meeting full-time enrollment requirement is 30 days after classes start.ÌýStudent should be enrolled full-time or have the authorized equivalentÌýprior to the start of the semester.Ìý

Residents tuition is by the credit hour from 1-12 credit hours, and is flat after 12 hours. A drop before the drop deadline may lead to a reduction in tuition, if the hours drop below 12.

Non-resident students pay a flat rate, regardless of credit hours. Drops and class withdrawals do not change the tuition assessed.
