- Informality — We serve as an off-the-record, informal resource. We do not participate in formal investigations, grievances, or legal proceedings, allowing you to explore options and solutions on your own terms.
- Neutrality — As impartial practitioners, we do not take sides or advocate for any single individual or entity. Instead, we advocate for fair, equitable processes and help you navigate conflict objectively.
- Independence — Operating outside traditional administrative channels, our office functions independently from campus adminsitration. This structure ensures our guidance remains uninfluenced by institutional interests.
