Student Travel Award

Funds will be available to defray some of theĀ travelĀ costs forĀ studentĀ presenters. In order to apply, please send an email by March 29, 2018, toĀ cuny2019.cuboulder@gmail.comĀ with the subject line ā€œstudentĀ travelĀ grantsā€ andĀ include the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Institution
  3. Title of presentation
  4. List, in order, of all authors and affiliations:

We will make decisions on travel grants at the end of the conference, when we will know how much money is available. We will give preference to first-author applicants and applicants who have to travel far. Ā As is true every year, we anticipate receiving more requests for student travel funding than we can support.Ā Please note that if you do not hear back after the conference, it is because we were not able to accommodate your request due to the large number of applicants.
