After the Buff Portal deadline to drop with a W notation, students will submit late class withdrawal petitions through a centralized registrar form. A centralized university committee will review late class withdrawal petitions.</span></p><p><span><strong>How Does It Benefit You?</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>One consistent policy and process for all students, irrespective of college, school or program or undergraduate/graduate student status, will streamline both the student and staff experience.</span></li><li><span>Updated and consistent terminology should reduce confusion for students, faculty and staff, and align with peer institutional practices.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Instructors will be invited to provide feedback on all late class withdrawal requests.
