Academic Calendar Adjustments Due to Winter Break Administrative Leave
To accommodate the recently announcedÌýwinter break administrative leave on Dec. 24, 29, 30, 31 and Jan. 2,Ìýopen enrollment will begin on Monday, Jan. 5 (instead of Friday, Jan. 2).Ìý
Moving this forward by one business day to when campus reopens ensures we’ll have staff available to support students’ registration questions. Enrollment appointment end times for all continuing students will be updated to maintain uninterrupted access to registration during this time.
Additional adjustments to the academic calendar include:
- Conferral confirmed lists due Jan. 5 (formerly Jan. 2).
- Administrative access to graduation rosters available Jan. 5 (formerly Jan. 2).
- 91´«Ã½ on Coursera Spring 2026 Session 1 enrollment opens Jan. 5 (formerly Jan. 2).
The updated dates will be reflected across published academic calendars by the end of the week.
