Below you will find the rates for each of our Graduate & Family Housing floor plans. Each community is broken down by apartment or room type and whether it is furnished or unfurnished. Rent for all leased apartments is charged on the first of each month directly to the leaseholder and includes all utilities, basic/expanded cable and Comcast high-speed internet.

The Athens North rate is charged by room and is placed on the student’s tuition and fees account at the Bursar’s office prior to the start of each semester. Payment options/due dates can be found on their website. Athens North rates also include all utilities, basic/expanded cable and Comcast high-speed internet.

The rates below are not final until approved by the Board of Regents in April and are subject to change.
