Jessi was born and raised in Colorado, where she has dedicated her career to leadership development and higher education. She earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Colorado State University. With over five years of experience at 91´«Ã½, Jessi currently serves as the Program Manager at the Center for Leadership, focusing on fostering student growth and leadership development across campus. She has also shared her expertise at Colorado State University and the University of Northern Colorado, gaining valuable perspectives from multiple institutions. Jessi is passionate about making meaningful and innovative impacts through her work, using her skills to help students realize their potential.

Outside her professional life, she enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking, paddleboarding, and skiing. She is also an avid reader, and currently serves on the Broomfield Library Friends Foundation Board of Directors.
