Jordayn Presents Research at the Annual ESA Meeting
This past week, Jordayn Eichhorn had the opportunity to present her research at the annual meeting of the Ecological Society of America. Jordayn's poster, titled "Exploring the Impacts of Human Disturbance on Bird Species Richness and Abundance at California Ponds", discusses the use of camera traps to observe trends in bird populations. She found that human activity had negative impacts on bird species richness and abundance, and bird abundance increased during warmer months while richness was stable. Good job, Jordayn!
