Leeandra Durfey sits on the Employer Relations team at the Leeds School of Business and joined the team in January 2026. She supports employer partnerships in the Supply Chain & Operations, Data & Analytics, and Entrepreneurship industries while helping manage the Career Treks program. Leeandra is passionate about creating innovative employer engagement and experiential learning opportunities that help students explore career paths, build professional confidence, and expand their networks.

Leeandra earned her degree in art and business from the University of Denver. With a background in education, she enjoys collaborating with employers, faculty, alumni, and campus partners to create meaningful opportunities that strengthen employer engagement and support student success.

Outside of the office, Leeandra enjoys creating artwork, exploring new places, and taking road trips with her dog, Casper. She also loves discovering unique coffee shops, hiking Colorado's trails, and finding inspiration in the outdoors.
