Opening Doors to Achievement (ODA) Office
Welcome to the ODA: Where Community Meets OpportunityÌý
Since 2001, the Opening Doors to Achievement (ODA) Office has served as the heartbeat of the undergraduate experience at the Leeds School of Business and a dedicated home base for all who value an inclusive, diverse learning environment. We are a community dedicated to ensuring that every undergraduate student thrives from enrollment to graduation, especially those who are the first in their family to attend college or are navigating college from a low-income household. ÌýÌý
At ODA , we believe that your unique background is not just a part of who you are—it is your greatest asset. We are here to ensure you have the representation, resources and relationships needed to succeed at Leeds and launch a meaningful career. Ìý

This program provides diverse Leeds students with academic advising, peer mentoring, professional networking and access to community-centric events that foster individual growth and strong relationship building. Their accomplishments are celebrated at the ODA's Annual Awards Banquet.
Our partnerships impact the diverse student body today and in the future at the Leeds School of Business, helping to create the pipeline of diverse professionals and tomorrow’s business leaders.
We offer several programs that are designed for underrepresented high school students who want to start exploring possible career paths and while gaining key leadership, collaboration and communication skills.
